Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on the emotion of patiants with functional dyspepsia. Methods 142 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia having anxiety or depression at Department of Gas-troenterology in our hospital from January 2013 and June 2013 were selected and divided into two intervention group (71 cases) and control group (71 cases) according to the order of admission,the routine nursing was adopted for the con-trol group;Medication care,diet care,psychological care,illness and health education,behavior care were added to the in-tervention group based on the control group.Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to analyze the gastrointestinal symptom scores and anxiety,depression in two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,gastrointestinal symptom scores of both groups were significantly decreased,and the decline in the intervention group was greater than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.01);SAS,SDS scores of two groups were decreased,and the extent of the intervention group decreased more significantly than that of the con-trol group,the difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Nursing intervention on patients with functional dyspep-sia with anxiety and depression can improve clinical symptoms,improve clinical outcomes,improve patients’ quality of life,is worthy of further clinical application.关键词
