胆总管切开取石术一期缝合与T管引流的对比研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of primary suture and T tube drainage in choledo-cholithotomy. Methods Patients with choledocholithiasis in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group received primary suture after surgery,and the control group received T tube drainage after surgery.The amount of bleeding during surgery,surgery time,postoperative exhaust time,surgery complication and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,there was no statistical difference of amount of bleeding during the surgery,surgery time,and surgery complication in the two groups (P>0.05);postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with T tube drainage,primary suture after choledocholithotomy helps shorten hospitalization time and prevent surgery complication from increasing, which has a favourable clinical effect and is wor-thy of promotion and application.关键词
