Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical approaches of intracranial arachnoid cyst and the effects. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with intracranial arachnoid cyst treated with surgery were retrospectively analyzed.The mi-croscope cystic wall resection+cyst-cisternal stoma was conducted in 16 cases,cyst-abdominal cavity stoma was con-ducted in 11 cases,ventricle endoscopic partial resection of cyst wall+ventricular or cisternal stoma was conducted in 8 cases. Results Patients were followed-up for 6 months to 2 years.The symptoms of 30 patients got improved after treat-ment. Significant reduction of cyst size was found in 33 cases of arachnoid cysts.Conclusion Patients with symptomatic arachnoid cysts should be treated actively,and such factors as the age,the size and position of cyst should be considered comprehensively to choose individual operation method.关键词
