摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) for the treatment of cervical lesions. Methods 82 patients with cervical lesions in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with LEEP treatment,the control group were treated with routine operation treatment.The clinical cu-rative effect and complication rate of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.1%,which was higher than 68.3%of control group (P<0.05).There were 1 case of surgical bleeding and 1 case of burn wound infection occurred in observation group,the complication rate was 4.9%,which was lower than 43.9% of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion LEEP for the treatment of cervical lesions has exact effect.It has few complications and can effectively prevent precancerous lesions to invasive cancer.It’s worthy of clinical widely using.关键词
