Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Foleys catheter combined with diazepam for planned delivery. Meth-ods 150 patients were randomly divided into Foleys catheter combined with diazepam group,Foleys catheter group and oxytocin combined with diazepam group,50 cases in each.Foleys catheter combined with diazepam group were treated with Foleys catheter combined with diazepam diazepam.Foleys catheter group were treated with Foleys catheter.Oxy-tocin combined with diazepam group were treated with low dose oxytocin and diazepam.Cervical maturation,duration of labor,Apgar score of birth one minute in 3 groups were compared. Results The production process of Foleys catheter combined with diazepam group was shorter than that of the other two groups,induction failure rate and cesarean section rate of Foleys catheter combined with diazepam group was lower than those of the other two groups,the differences were significant (P<0.05);there were no significant differences about tetal birth weight and 1 min Apgar score < 7 points in three groups (P>0.05).Bishop score of three groups before treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05);after treat-ment,Bishop score of Foleys catheter combined with diazepam group was higher than that of the other two groups,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The incidence of maternal fetal distress,meconium and postpartum hemorrhage of Foleys catheter combined with diazepam group was lower than that of the other two groups,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Foleys catheter diazepam for full-term pregnancy can effectively promote cervical ripening,is simple, safe and effective,and has no adverse effects on mother and child.Effect of Foleys catheter combined with di-azepam is better than Foleys catheter and low dose oxytocin combined with diazepam,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
