Abstract
Objective To discuss the correlation between N-terminal precursor of brain natriuretic peptide (NT-pro-BNP)and APACHEII score in septic patients. Methods Eighty septic patients were selected in our hospital as research objects.The APACHEII score was performed in all selected patients with in 24 hours and the level of NT-pro-BNP from plasma was tested.The concentration of NT-pro-BNP in different APACHEII score groups was compared. Results Level of NT-pro-BNP in group C was obviously higher than that in group B,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The level of NT-pro-BNP in group D was greatly higher than that in group C,with statistical difference (P<0.01).There was a sig-nificant correlation between level of blood NT-pro-BNP and APACHEII score (r=0.682,P<0.01).The level of NT-pro-BNP and APACHEII score in death group was remarkable higher than that in the survival group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion With the increase of APACHEII score,the concentration of blood NT-pro-BNP gets enriched correspond-ingly.There is a positive correlation between concentration of blood NT-pro-BNP and APACHEII score,which is a preferable index in clinical evaluation of septic patient’s prognosis.关键词
