摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate application effect of laparoscopic high uterosacral ligament suspension surgery in uterine prolapse. Methods 20 patients with uterine prolapse in our hospital were selected as research objects.All these participants were treated by laparoscopic high uterosacral ligament suspension surgery.The quality of life in patients was evaluated. Results There was statistical difference about the POP-Q value of each point after six months of opera-tion than before surgery(P<0.05).After six months of operation,the score about PFDI-20,POPDI-6,CARDI-8 and UDI-6 was significantly lower than that before surgery respectively,PISQ-31 score was significantly higher than that before surgery,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion High uterosacral ligament suspension surgery in the treatment of uterine prolapse with little trauma,can maintain the integrity of pelvic supporting structure,and can significantly improve the quality of life.关键词
