Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) in the treatment of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods 62 patients with heart failure after AMI treated in our hospital from October 2012 to January 2014 were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups,there were 31 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine anti heart failure:diuretics,vasodilators and nitro-glycerin,the observation group was treated by rhBNP on the basis of the control group.Change of heart rate,blood pres-sure and parameters of echocardiography before and after treatment,the treatment effecct of the two groups were ob-served and compared. Results The total effective rate in the the obervation group (99.55%) was obviously higher than that in the control group (77.42%) (P<0.05);systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate after treatment in the ob-servation group was (108.1±13.8) mm Hg,(79.5±9.7) mm Hg,(83.7±11.4)/min respectively,while the control group was (120.6±17.1) mm Hg,(85.6±10.4) mm Hg,(93.5 ± 19.1)/min,improvement of blood pressure,heart rate after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05);LVEF,LVFS,PEV after treatment in the obser-vation group of was (63±8.1)%,(34.1±3.8)%,(0.87±0.14) m/s respectively,while the control group was (54.1±9.4)%,(31.6±2.6)%, (0.65±0.23) m/s respectively,cardiac function improvement after treatment in the observation group was signifi-cantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of rhBNP treating heart failure after AMI,and it can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
