Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of L-carnitine combined with EPO treating uremic anemia. Methods 60 cases with uremic anemia treated in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the two groups according to complete random method 1:1.Two group were treated with conventional medical support and hemodialysis (3 times/week),based on which,the control group received subcutaneous injection of EPO after dialysis.The research group received intravenous infusion of L-carnitine based on the control group.The anemia indicators and improvement of clinical symptoms,clinical effect and adverse reactions after treatment of two groups were analyzed. Results The incidence rate of hypertension and adverse reactions of the research group (3.33%and 16.67%respectively) were lower than those in the control group (20.00%and 43.33%respectively) (P<0.05). Compared with that of the control group and before treatment,Hb and Hct concentration of the research group for 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks increased,and ERI reduced,which had statistical significance (P<0.05).The improvement of typical clinical manifestation and anemia,and the time reaching the desired concentration for Hb of the research group was evidently better than that of the control group,which had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion L-carnitine combined with EPO treating uremic anemia has evident clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
