Abstract
Objective To assess the influence of the influence of aripiprazole and risperidone on serum prolaction in female patients with schizophrenia. Methods 67 female patients with schizophrenic treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and they were randomly divided into the aripiprazole group (n=33) and the risperidone group (n=34),they were administered corresponding oral medications two times a day for 3 months.Serum prolactin con-centration before treatment and after 1 month,2 months,3 months treatment were detected and the effect on menstrua-tion was evaluated. Results There was no statistical difference in PANSS score between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).There was a statistical difference of PANSS score before and after treatment within group comparison (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference between two groups in effect of treatment (P>0.05).There was a statistical difference in serum prolactin level between the two group after 1 month,2 months,3 months treatment. Conclusion Aripiprazole seldom has smaller influence to serum prolactin level of female patients with schizophrenia,and was suited to be taken by female patients with schizophrenia.关键词
