摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss e clinical effect of montelukast sodium treating infants respite. Methods Clinical data of 50 infants s with respite were retrospectively analyzed.Montelukast sodium group received treatment of prednisone, azithromycin,montelukast sodium,tulobuterol.The control group received same treatment except montelukast sodium. Symptom and signs score,symptoms improved time,wheezing relapse frequency and number of respiratory infections of the two groups were compared. Results Symptoms and signs score at different time points after treatment in the two groups significantly decreased compared with pre-treatment (P<0.01).After treatment,cough and wheezing score of mon-telukast sodium group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01).Symptoms improved time,wheezing relapse frequency and number of respiratory infections of the two groups showed no significant differenct (P>0.05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium in de-escalation therapy for infants respite can promotes cough and wheezing releasing.关键词
