Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of sevoflurane combining with remifentanil as anesthesia in la-paroscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Sixty-eight anesthetic patients for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected as research objects.After patients’ agreements,they were evenly divided into research group and control group in random.In the control group,propofol combining with remifentanil as anesthetic was provided,while in the re-search group,sevoflurane with remifentanil was selected as anesthetic.The anesthetic effect in the two groups was com-pared and analyzed. Results The control group were 22 cases in excellent effect accounting for 64.71%.In the research group,33 cases in excellent effect,and took 97.06%.The anesthetic process went successfully and inductive effect of anesthesia was satisfactory in both groups.The time of revival and tube drawing in the research group were shorter in comparison with those in the control group.The instant Steward revival score after extubation in the research group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion In laparoscopic cholecystectomy,anesthetic effect of sevoflurane com-bining with remifentanil is reliable and has the characteristics of being fast in analgesia and revival.Its anesthetic effect is remarkably superior to that by propofol with remifentanil,which is worthy of expansion.关键词
