摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia. Methods 76 patients selected operation were randomly divided into research group and control group,each group of 38 cases.The research group was anesthesia by dexmedetomidine,the control group was anesthesia by physiological saline auxiliary general anesthesia.Intravenous infusion of propofol fentanyl after 10 min to carry on the induction of general anesthesia. Re-sults The dosage of propofol and fentanyl in the research group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).The MAP, HR in the time T1,T3 in the research group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The adverse effects rate of the research group (5.26%) was lower than the control group (21.05%) (P<0.05). Conclusion In the general anesthe-sia,dexmedetomidine can sedation and analgesia,it can conducive to stable hemodynamics,safety.It is value to promotion.关键词
