心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的延续性护理干预研究
Continuous nursing intervention research on chronic cardiac failure with heart-kidney deficiency pattern

Abstract
Objective To discuss the influence of continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life in chronic car-diac failure(CCF)with heart-kidney deficiency pattern. Methods Eighty patients with CCF and heart-kidney yang defi-ciency pattern were selected and divided into control group and intervention group,each group of 40 cases.After dis-charging from our hospital,patients in the control group were provided with regular discharge instructions,and in the in-tervention group,regular discharge instructions with continuous nursing intervention were offered.After 6 months,the ad-mission rate due to recurrence,mortality rate and 6-minute walking distance was compared in both groups respectively. Results The admission rate of recurrence in the intervention group greatly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the mortality rate of the two groups(P>0.05).The 6-minute walking distance in the intervention group was longer than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing is helpful for improving quality of life in CCF with heart-kidney deficiency pattern patient and reducing the recurrence rate.关键词
