Abstract
Objective To evaluate application value of system nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods 211 cases of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The conventional therapy was used in two groups, systematic nursing intervention was used in observation group (106 cases)and routine care was applied in control group (105 cases).Clinical curative effects and the degree of anxiety in two groups was followed up after half year. Results The clinical efficacy and the improvement of anxiety degree in observation group was better than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The system nursing intervention applied in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer has high value.It can significantly reduce the degree of anxiety in patients,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
