Abstract
Objective To study the detective rate,distribution and drug resistance change of common non-fermentation bacteria(NFB)for guiding clinical rational drug using. Methods The results about drug susceptibility test of NFB isolat-ed from January 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were statistically analyzed. Results The detective rate of NFB from 2010 to 2013 was 7.0%,7.5%,9.8% and 11.3% respectively.Among them the composition to Pseudomonas aerugi-nosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was 45.4%,23.5% and 10.6% respectively.ICU,respi-ratory,surgical and orthopedics there were high infection rate.Sputum and secretion were high detection rate.The drug resistance was gradually increasing from three kinds of bacteria and resistance rate was rising too.Part of the drug re-sistance had a downward trend. Conclusion Drug resistance of the non-fermentation bacteria is serious.The reasonable application of antibiotics is particularly important.关键词
