摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the formulation and quality of azithromycin dispersible tablets. Methods Factor in-vestigation was performed in order to choose suitable disintegrant,diluent,binder and Solubilizer by using hardness,sol-ubility,mobility as indices. Results The quality of the rivaroxaban tablets was met Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 criteria. Conclusion The formulation of azithromycin dispersible tablets is mature,stable and easily controllable,and has a higher dissolution speed than those of conventional tablet,suitable for mass production.关键词
