Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pedicle bone grafting in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture. Methods 65 cases of patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture in our hospital from January 2010 to Septem-ber 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.After posterior pedicle screw fixation of vertebral injury, pedicle bone grafting was used in observation group (33 cases),posterior pedicle screw fixation of vertebral damage was used in control group(32 cases).The compression rate of vertebral height,the damage vertebral segment Cobb angle,frac-ture healing and incidence rate of internal fixation complication in two groups after surgery of three months was ob-served and compared respectively. Results After surgery of three months,vertebral height compression rate,injured seg-ments vertebral Cobb angle in observation group compared with control group respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There were 26 cases (78.8%)of fracture healing and 7 cases (21.2%)of bone nonunion in observation group,there were 17 cases (53.1%)of fracture healing and 15 cases (46.9%)of bone nonunion in control group.The fracture healing rate between two groups was compared,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Incidence rate of internal fixation complication in two groups was compared,with no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The pedicle bone grafting in the treat-ment of thoracolumbar burst fracture has good clinical efficacy and fast speed of fracture healing,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
