Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of oblique half lithotomy position endourological tech-nique in the treatment of multiple stone. Methods 74 cases of patients with multiple stone treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,each group for 37 cases.The endourological technique of oblique half lithotomy position was given to the research group,and tradi-tional extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy was given to the control group.The operative time,blood HCG values,gravel success rate,stone clearance rate and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Re-sults The average operation time of the research group was (58.0±4.1) min,HCG value was (4.5±0.5) μg/L,the success rate of stone after operation was 100.00%,and the stone clearance rate after operation was 94.59%;that of the control group was (69.0±4.5) min,(6.8±1.2)μg/L,86.48%and 81.08%respectively,which had statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications after operation in the research group was 8.11%,and that in the control group was 10.81%,which had no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Oblique half lithotomy position en-dourological technique treating patients with multiple stone not only has evident clinical effect,and is safe and efficient, but also make the patients recovery rapidly after operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
