Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effects of metoprolol combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart diseases. Methods 68 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart diseases were allocated to an observation group (combined treatment group) and a control group (metoprolol group) based on a random number table.Patients were given regular treatment after admission.On the basis of the regular treatment,the control group was given metoprolol,and the observation group was further given Tongxinluo capsule.Clinical efficacy,changes of electrocardiogram and changes of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram between the two groups were compared and ob-served. Results The clinical total effective rate was 88.24% in the observation group and 47.06% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=13.170,P=0.000).The total effective rate of changes of electrocardio-gram was 94.12% in the observation group and 52.94% in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant (χ2=14.809,P=0.000).Improvement of paroxysmal ST-T of dynamic electrocardiogram in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart diseases has a significant effect of alleviating patients’ symptoms and its curative effect is reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
