摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of alprostadil combined with lotensin in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 82 patients with early diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the research object,and 82 cases were divided into control group(lotensin group)41 cases and observation group(alprostadil combined with lotensin group)41 cases according to the random allo-cation,then the renal function and renal blood flow related indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared. Results The renal function and renal blood flow related indexes of observation group at first and second week after the operation were all significantly better than the detection levels of control group at first and second week after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of al-prostadil combined with lotensin in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy is better,and its improve-ment role for the renal function and blood supply are relatively obvious.关键词
