Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of detection methods of hydrogen peroxide and lactic acid in testing lactobacillus from vaginal discharge. Methods Five hundred and eighty-six vaginal discharge samples were tested by hydrogen peroxide detection and lactic acid detection.The outcomes were compared by Gram staining mi-croscopy as a golden standard,clinical performance of two kinds of test methods was compared respectively. Results Gram staining microscopy as a golden standard,coincidence rate of lactobacillus by hydrogen peroxide detection reached 94.9%,while coincidence rate of lactobacillus by lactic acid method was 84.5%. Conclusion The coincidence rate of lactobacillus by hydrogen peroxide detection is relatively high,convenient and swift,which can meet the require-ments of clinical test.关键词
