Abstract
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of risk factors on severe hand-foot-and-mouth diseases in Shangrao City. Methods Epidemiological data of 168 patients with severe hand-foot-mouth disease and some patients with common hand-foot-mouth diseases from 2010 to 2013 were analyzed to find the risk factors of se-vere hand-foot-and-mouth diseases.Epidemiological data of severe and common hand-foot-mouth diseases were recorded by Epidata 3.0 and statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results EV71 was a principal risk factor in etiology causing severe hand-foot-mouth disease.The major age group of severe hand-foot-mouth disease was in 3 years old below.Yugan County as regional factor was risk factor in severe hand-foot-mouth disease.Scattered children were high risk group contracting severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Conclusion In order to effectively reduce the inci-dence and fatality rate of severe hand-foot-mouth disease,risk factors mentioned above should be considered when drawing up the control and prevention scheme of hand-foot-mouth disease.关键词
