Abstract
Objective To study the causes of blood unqualified in voluntary blood donors,in order to reduce the scrap rate of blood donation without repayment,reduce the waste of blood. Methods 101 963 copies of blood specimens of voluntary blood donors in our Blood Center from January 2009 to December 2013 were chosen.The unqualified rate of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) was detected by rate method;the positive rate of hepatitis B showed antigen (HBsAg),hep-atitis C virus antibodies (anti-HCV) ,AIDS antibody (anti-HIV) and syphilis were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay (ELISA). Results In 101 963 copies of blood specimens,3996 cases of unqualified blood samples were de-tected,unqualified rate was 3.92%,of which,the highest unqualified rate of ALT accounted for 1.24%,the lowest unquali-fied rate of anti-HIV accounted for 0.34%. Conclusion Blood ALT unqualified is the main reason for blood unqualified of voluntary blood donors,should strengthen ALT detection before donation to reduce blood unqualified rate,reduce scrap,thereby reducing blood waste.关键词
