Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze anxiety and depression in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Sixty expectant mothers with GDM at first-trimester from January 2012 to December 2013 were en-rolled in this study as GDM group and sixty normal expectant mother during the same period were enrolled as control group.The anxiety and depression were evaluated and analyzed by hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)at mid-trimester(28 weeks)and late-trimester(1 week before labor). Results In mid-trimester and late- trimester,the incidence rate of anxiety and depression in GDM group was higher than that in control group respectively (P<0.05).The incidence rate of anxiety of GDM group mid-trimester and late-trimester was compared,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Con-clusion The intervention and attention should be paid on this status by the obstetricians in clinical practice due to the high incidence rate of anxiety and depression in expectant mother with GDM.关键词
