比索洛尔与米力农治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的对比观察
Comparative study of bisoprolol and milrinone in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of bisoprolol and milrinone in the treatment of chronic pul-monary heart disease. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic pulmonale heart disease were selected and randomly divided into bisoprolol group (60 cases) and milrinone group (60 cases),bisoprolol was given to the bisoprolol group,the milrinone group were treated with milrinone.The curative effect of two groups,and changes of the indicators before and after treatment were compared. Results The aspect of 6 min walking distance and heart rate of bisoprolol group was better than that of milrinone group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in biso-prolol group was lower than that of milrinone group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);However,the cardiac func-tion,blood gas of milrinone group was better than that of bisoprolol group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Con-clusion In the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease,the efficacy of bisoprolol and milrinone is good,but all have limitations,when chosing appropriate pharmacologic therapy,it should be according to the specific circumstances of pa-tients.关键词
