戊酸雌二醇治疗绝经综合征的临床效果观察
Clinical effect observation of estradiol valerate in the treatment of menopausal syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of estradiol valerate in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods 156 cases with menopausal syndrome from January 2011 to April 2013 in the outpatient department and in-patient department of our hospital were selected and were treated with estradiol valerate. The patients’Kupperman scores,serum FSH and E2 levels before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the Kupperman score of the 156 patients was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.01),the level of FSH was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05),and the level of E2 was significantly higher than that before treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion Estradiol valerate can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients with menopausal syndrome,improve the patients’FSH and E2 levels, it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.关键词
