摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of sodium valproate for treatment of post-stroke epilepsy. Meth-ods 50 patients with post-stroke epilepsy from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table.The control group were given with treatment with the objective of anticoagulation and improving cerebral blood circulation while the experimental group were given with ad-ditional sodium valproate on the basis of control group.The clinical effect was observed. Results After treatment,the epileptic attack rate was 16.0%in the experimental group,lower than 36.0% in the control group,the difference was sig-nificant (P<0.05);the neural function deficiency between two groups had statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Sodium valproate has better clinical efficacy for post-stroke epilepsy,has high clinical value,which is worthy of promo-tion in hospitals of different levels.关键词
