复方苦参注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床效果

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound Kushen injection combined with cis-platinum in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods Sixty-eight patients with malignant pleural effusion were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 patients in each group. The control group were received cis-platinum injection treatment,the observation group were received compound Kushen injection combined with cis-platinum treatment.The efficacy,the improvement of quality of life (KPS score) as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.29%,which was higher than 61.76% of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The post-treatment life quality improvement rate of the observation group was 74.47% and that of the control group was 44.12%,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 29.41%,which was lower than 55.88%of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The appli-cation of compound Kushen injection combined with cis-platinum in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion has re-markable efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions,can effectively improve the patients’quality of life.关键词
