摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the psychological nursing strategy on tubal ligation women. Methods One thousand two hundred and fifty women who accepted tubal ligations and admitted into our station were selected. They were divided into conventional nursing group and comprehensive nursing group by the sequence of visit time.In the conventional nursing group,patients were provided with basic nursing procedures,while in the comprehensive nursing group,the psychological nursing measure was added on the basis of conventional nursing. Results In the comprehensive nursing group,proportion of service objects in cooperative type was greatly higher than that in the conventional nursing group,proportions of service objects in mental stress type and non-cooperative type was obviously lower than that in the conventional nursing group respectively (P<0.05).Proportions of elevation of blood pressure,poor appetite,pain in waist and abdomen and menstrual irregularity in the comprehensive nursing group was much lower than that in the conventional nursing group respectively (P<0.05).Total satisfaction rate in the comprehensive nursing group was greatly higher than that in the conventional nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion For tubal ligation women, psychological nursing can remarkably improve their mental state,reduce postoperative adverse reactions,and speed up recovery,which is worthy of expansion and application.关键词
