摘要
Abstract
Medical technology is changing rapidly,in the 1970s with the development of monoclonal antibody technol-ogy,immunohistochemistry (IHC) is developed in pathology,IHC brings people from the traditional pathological histolo-gy (morphology) into protein levels (qualitative and positioning of antigen and antibody) and it is widely applied in-creasingly in modern pathological diagnosis,and plays a very important role in tumor diagnosis and differential and has a great influence on diagnosis of tumor,tumor classification,prognosis estimation,and expandes people’s understanding of the various diseases and tumor formation,improve the level of the pathological diagnosis and research.Recent molec-ular pathological diagnosis of tumor and the significance of targeted therapy becoms a hot research topic.关键词
