Abstract
Objective To study clinical effect of systematic rehabilitation exercise after artificial hip replacement(THR). Methods 133 patients after THR from March 2006 to March 2009 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Conventional rehabilitation measure was used in control group (63 cases),on the basis of conventional rehabilitation measure,systematic rehabilitation program by regular guidance of doctor was applied in observation group (70 cases).All patients were treated with 5-year follow-up,Harris score,hip flexion angle,muscle and incidence rate of pain in two groups was compared respectively. Results After surgery of 1,5-year,Harris score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After surgery of 5 years,in-cidence rate of hip flexor angle more than 90oand gluteus muscle strength more than grade 4 in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively(P<0.05),incidence rate of pain in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Proper rehabilitation exercise in patient after artificial hip replacement can not only speed up the recovery of hip function,but also reduce the incidence rate of related complica-tion,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
