Methods The data of 65 patients with severe preeclampsia combined with HELLP syndrome were analysed retrospectively including 30 cases of complete HELLP syndrome and 35 partial HELLP syndrome. The blood test and maternal-infant outcome in complete group and partial group was analyzed respectively. Results PLT in complete group was lower than that in partial group, while AST,ALT,LDH and TBiL in complete group was higher than that in partial group respectively, with statistical difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of placental abruption, heart failure, pulmonary edema, encephaledema, postpartum hemorrhage in complete group was higher than that in partial group respectively, with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of FGR,neonatal asphyxia in complete group was higher than that in partial group respectively, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Between two groups, there was no maternal death and there was no statistical difference in perinatal death rate(P>0.05). Conclusion Timely diagnosis and treatment of severe preeclampsia combined with HELLP syndrome can improve the maternal-infant outcome.关键词
