Abstract
Objective To study the effect of enalapril combined with indapamide on morning blood pressure surge in diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods 150 diabetic patients with hypertension were divided into observation group and control group,75 cases in each group.Enalapril treatment was used in control group,enalapril combined with indapamide treatment were applied in observation group. Results After treatment for 2,4,8 weeks,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure in two groups was lower than that before treatment respectively,diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.01).Morning blood pressure surge control effective rate in observation group was 92.00%,higher than that in control group (62.67%),with statistical difference (P<0.01).After treatment,plasma-1 level in two groups was lower than that before treatment respectively,ET-1 level in observation group significantly decreased,with statistical difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Enalapril combined with indapamide in the treatment of diabetes complicated with hypertension has good effect,can effectively reduce the blood pressure,improve the morning blood pressure surge control effective rate.关键词
