炎琥宁联合维生素K4治疗小儿秋季腹泻的效果观察
Effect observation of Yanhuning combined with vitamin K4 treating in-fantile autumn diarrhea
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yanhuning combined with vitamin K4 treating infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods 160 children with autumn diarrhea treated in department of paediatrics of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group (n=80) and the control group (n=80).The observation group was treated with Yanhuning for for intravenous drip combined with oral vitamin K4, the control group was treated with ribavirin for intravenous drip.After 7 days,the total effective rate,antifebrile time,an-tidiarrheal time and clinical symptoms improved time in the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group,60 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.0% while in the control group,41 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,24 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 70.0%,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,antifebrile time,antidiarrheal time and clinical symptoms improved time in the observation group were ob-viously shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Yanhuning combined with vitamin K4 treating infantile autumn diarrhea is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
