Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose roxithromycin in the treatment of bronchiectasis in slation-ary phase. Methods 40 patients with bronchiectasis in slationary phase treated in our hospital were selected as re-search objects, from January 2013 to December 2013 and they were randomly divided into the two groups.Ambroxol was purely taken by the control group (n=20),and low-dose roxithromycin was taken for joint use by the observation group (n=20).The curative effect in the two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the total score of chest CT imaging dyspnea score and quality of life score in the observation group was (6.8±2.4) points,(1.2±0.4) and (42±11) points re-spectively,and it was (9.6±3.6),(1.7±0.4),(49±13) points respectively,and there was a statistical difference of above-men-tioned in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Low-dose roxithromycin had a notable fficacy in the treatment of bronchiectasis in slationary phase chronically.Its safety is also good,and it is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
