Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of quality control circle in the elderly patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 120 elderly patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 pa-tients in each group.The observation group were received the quality management of quality control circle and the con-trol group were received conventional nursing.Patient satisfaction of the two groups was compared through conducting questionnaire survey on the patients. Results The observation group was higher than that of the control group in the satisfaction degrees of service attitude,nursing,health education and head nurse management (P<0.05).The two groups of patients did not have statistical significance in the satisfaction degree of ward environment (P>0.05). Conclusion Qual-ity control circle activities can improve patient satisfaction in the nursing of elderly patients with COPD,thereby worthy of clinical reference and promotion.关键词
