摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in emergency rescue for patients with brain injury. Methods 100 cases of patients with brain injury in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were se-lected and divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,routine care was given to the con-trol group,clinical nursing pathway was given to the observation group.The rescue time,length of stay,hospital costs, Glasgow outcome scale (GOS),patient satisfaction,incidence of lung infection and mortality rate of two groups were compared. Results The rescue time,length of stay,GOS in observation group was shorter than that of the control group, hospital costs were less than that of the control group,patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,inci-dence of lung infection was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);the mortality rate of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway in emergency rescue for pa-tients with brain injury can shorten rescue time,decrease hospital costs,reduce the incidence of complications during hospitalization,which is worthy of using in clinic.关键词
