综合护理干预在强直性脊柱炎患者中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effects of systemic function exercise combined with psychological intervention in the patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods Eighty patients with AS were randomly and evenly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the lot drawing method and were given conventional nursing intervention and rehabilitation function exercise combined with psychological nursing intervention respectively.The pillow wall distance,chest expansion degree,morning stiffness duration,pain scores and psychological status scores of the two groups before and after the nursing intervention were compared. Results Both groups had statis-tically significant differences in the pillow wall distance,chest expansion degree,morning stiffness duration,pain score and psychological status score between before and after the nursing intervention (P<0.05),and the two groups had statis-tically significant differences in the above indicators after the nursing intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing model,systemic function exercise combined with psychological nursing intervention shows re-markable application effects in the patients with AS and improve the patients’psychological status significantly,thereby worthy of promotion and application.关键词
