靶向Pim蛋白激酶抗肿瘤药物的研究进展及设想
The research progress and design of the anticancer drugs targeting the Pim protein kinases
摘要
Abstract
The serine/theronine protein kinases encoded by proto-oncogene Pim are overexpressed in the genesis of a range of hematological malignancies and solid cancers,and were proved to have played a significant regulatory role in the cell proliferation,differentiation and metabolism.In order to clarify the characters of Pim protein kinases to guide the synthesis of the anti-tumor molecular drugs with potentdruggability,this review summarized the latest research re-sults in recent years abroad in this field and analyzed the functions and biochemical mechanism of Pim protein kinases in the molecular level.Furthermore,this review focused on the prerequisite of the development of Pim protein kinase in-hibitors,especially the three-dimensional crystal structures and complete Pim gene sequences,proposing a promising molecular drug design for the synthesis of Pim protein kinase inhibitors through the pharmacological method of target-ing,synthesis and screening.关键词
