摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of reasonable medication guide on medication compliance of type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from February 2011 to May 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the method of the draw,each group had 40 cases,all received routine medication treatment,the control group without intervention,the observation group increased the clinical reasonable medication guide,compliance with medication were compared in two groups patients. Results After 2 months,the compliance of observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but had no significant dif-ference between two groups (P>0.05),after 4 months,the compliance indicators of control group were better than those of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Pharmacists in drug long-stand-ing diabetes guidance can significantly improve the patient compliance,it has clinical popularization value.关键词
