Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving for the patients with early breast cancer. Methods 60 patients with early breast cancer treated in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were collected and divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).The control group were treated by traditional breast cancer radical surgery,the treatment group were treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving.The clinical effects were compared for the two groups. Results The to-tal effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group were higher than that of the control group (63.33%) (P<0.05).The time of operation,intraoperatve blood soss,hospital stays for the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference on the rate of recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate (P>0.05). Conclu-sion The clinical effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving for the patients with early breast cancer is good,it has small trauma,functional recovery fast,with shorter hospitalization time,improving the progno-sis of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
