Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of gamma globulin in treatment of children with viral myocarditis and its improvement role on immune function. Methods 76 cases of children with viral myocarditis from January 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 38 cases,the children in the control group were given with conventional treatment,patients in the observation group were given with intravenous gamma globulin treatment on the basis of conventional therapy.The effects of two groups were e-valuated after 4 weeks of treatment.Before and after treatment,T cell subsets (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+) changes of two groups were measured. Results The total effective rate of control group and observation group was 76.32% and 92.10% respec-tively,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+level of two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05),after treatment,the CD3+,CD4+,CD8+level of observation group was higher than that of con-trol group,CD4+/CD8+ level was lower than that of control group,the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Gamma globulin adjunctive therapy in children with viral myocarditis can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,and can effectively improve immune function of children,worthy of widely application.关键词
