Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Hongteng decoction for enema combined with conservative treatment of microwave treating early ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 cases were selected and divided into the two groups,and there were 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given Hongteng decoction for enema combined with microwave,the control group was given only mifepristone.Abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and HCG condition and changes in abdominal mass in the two groups were observed. Results The time of abdominal pain disappearing time, vagina stop bleeding and HCG returning to normal in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05);the proportion of tumor disappearing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the proportion of tumor reducing<50% even increasing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The operation of Hongteng decoction for enema combined with conservative treatment of microwave treating early ectopic pregnancy is simple with significant effect,and can ef-fectively retain structure and function of oviduct.It is worthy of attention.关键词
