Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 100 cases were selected and divided into the two groups,there were 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given the syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the control group was given sulfasalazine,the improvement of clinical symptom and the level of rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were compared in the two groups. Results The number of joint pain and joint swelling in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group (P<0.05),the duration time of morning stiffness in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group,the level of rheumatoid factor in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,ESR in the observation group was slower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treating rheumatoid arthritis can significantly improve the joint function and reduce joint pain and reduce the ESR and the level of rheumatoid factor level.关键词
