Abstract
Objective To evaluate the influence of acupuncture combined with early rehabilitation training on motor function and activity of daily living in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods 77 patients with ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from March 2011 to September 2013 were randomly divided into the two groups.39 cases in the obser-vation group were given acupuncture combined with early rehabilitation treatment while 38 cases in the control group were given only early rehabilitation treatment.After 4 weeks, neural function defect score,motor function and activity of daily living in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment,the neural function defect score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the score of motor function and activity of daily living in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of acupunc-ture combined with early rehabilitation treating ischemic stroke is good,and it can significantly improve motor function and activity of daily living of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
