心理干预和自我管理督导在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果
Application effect of psychological intervention and self-management su-pervisor on patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective To explore application effect of psychological intervention and self-management supervisor on patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis from November 2011 to September 2013 in our hospital was selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Routine nursing care intervention was given in the control group, sychological intervention and self-management supervisor was given in the research group on the basis of control group.After 8 weeks of the intervention,symptoms score of depression and anxiety,scores of self-management behavior were compared between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks of the intervention,scores of the SAS and the SDS of two groups were significantly lower than those on admission,with statisti-cal difference (P<0.01),scores of the SAS and the SDS of research group were significantly lower than that of control group after intervention,with statistical difference (P<0.01).After 8 weeks of the intervention,score of the self-manage-ment behavior and total score of the research group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differ-ence(P<0.01). Conclusion Implementation of psychological intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients can effec-tively improve patient’ anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,and self-management can improve patient’self-management supervisory capacity.关键词
