Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of outpatient health education on life quality of patients with diabetes. Methods 212 cases with diabetes were collected in outpatient service of our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013,they were randomly divided into the observation group (n=106) and control group (n=106).The patients in the con-trol group were given conventional knowledge education,and the patients in the observation group were given standard-ized individualized health education,and the quality of life and glycemic control of patients in the two groups were compared after six months. Results The quality of life and blood glucose control of patients in the two groups after edu-cation improved significantly compared with before education,and the observation group was more obvious,the incidence rate of hypoglycemia and the number of hospitalization in the observation group after education were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Outpatient health edu-cation can improve and control the blood glucose of patients with diabetes effectively,improve the physiological function of patients, prevent the complications,improve the quality of life,and should be further studied.关键词
