Abstract
Objective To explore nursing cooperation of balloon expansion plasty in the treatment of children with be-nign stricture of upper digestive tract. Methods the nursing cooperation of 24 cases with balloon expansion plasty from October 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed,including 15 males and 9 females,from 9 months and 22 days to 8 years of age,from 8 to 24 kg of weight,and there was 14 cases of esophageal stenosis (2 cases of chemical burns,3 cases of postoperative anastomotic stricture of esophageal atresia),4 cases of cardia stricture,6 cases of pyloric stenosis. Results In 24 cases,except 1 case of chemical burns and 2 cases pyloric stenosis were narrow and complicated,the effect of simple balloon expansion forming was not obvious and given surgical treatment. the rest of the 21 cases were successfully completed balloon expansion forming,including 14 cases of children with apparent ease,7 cases symptoms improved thoroughly,there was no adverse events. Conclusion Nursing cooperation of the benign stric-ture of upper digestive tract in children with balloon expansion plasty plays a crucial role.Nursing staff need to be fa-miliar with the professional knowledge and operation flow,and cooperate with the tacit understanding,skilled operation, which can be successfully completed the treatment,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.关键词
