B ultrasound in the diagnosis of infantile intussusception and its applica-tion effect under the monitor of hydraulic pressure enema treatment

Abstract
Objective To explore B ultrasound in the diagnosis of infantile intussusception and its the clinical value under the monitor of hydraulic pressure enema treatment. Methods 90 children with intussusceptions in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Children of two groups were diagnosed with intussusception by B ultrasound.B ultrasound-guided water enema reduction treatment was used in ob-servation group,while X-ray-guided air enema treatment was applied in control group.The effectiveness of B ultrasound examination on infantile intussusception was recorded.The success rate of treatment in two groups was compared. Re-sults The diagnosis rate with B ultrasound was 100%.The success rate of reset in observation group was 93.33%,while success rate of reset in control group was 77.78%,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For children with intussusceptions,B ultrasound has high accurate diagnosis rate and no radiation.And B ultrasound-guided water enema reduction with high success rate has important value in clinical application.关键词
